Wind storm addresses for roofing contractors
Check one storm ZIP, distinguish measured gusts from alert parameters, then review 50 residential property addresses for $195 before Stripe opens.
Address and routing data only. No homeowner contact data or property-level damage determination.
A published wind speed needs its source
A measured gust, an NWS alert parameter, and a platform ranking are not interchangeable. The displayed label determines what the number supports.
Measured or observed gust
Supports a reported wind measurement at a stated place and time. It does not prove the same speed at every address in a ZIP.
NWS alert-indicated speed
Shows the wind parameter published with an alert. A repeated 60 mph value may be an alert threshold, not a ground observation.
Platform rank
Orders territories for review using the available inputs. It is not an official weather severity rating or damage probability.
