Geographic Scope
RoofLeadsAI operates within the United States.
Product availability depends on source-data coverage, address inventory, data quality, and operational capacity for the selected ZIP.
A ZIP check or displayed storm territory does not guarantee that every pack size is ready. Current quantity, generation status, and exact total are shown in the applicable order flow.
Service Availability
Dravara, LLC may limit service availability based on geographic coverage, source recency, address inventory, operational constraints, or technical limitations.
We are not obligated to provide services in any specific location.
One-Time Canvassing Route Purchases
Storm Routes and ZIP Routes are one-time purchases unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. The selected ZIP, included address quantity, delivery status, taxes if applicable, and exact amount due are displayed before Stripe payment is submitted.
When the purchased quantity is ready, digital fulfillment may begin after successful payment. When additional addresses require preparation, the order flow displays the applicable delivery target before checkout.
Address inventory is screened again during fulfillment and can change before delivery. RoofLeadsAI does not intentionally release a one-time route with fewer addresses than the quantity recorded in the paid order. Fulfillment validation blocks release when the purchased count, residential-address checks, selected-ZIP checks, or required storm-evidence checks fail.
Exact-Count Fulfillment and Route-Quality Remedy
If RoofLeadsAI cannot deliver the purchased address quantity by the delivery target displayed before payment, the buyer may choose a revised delivery date, authorize a different currently eligible ZIP, or request a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered one-time route. RoofLeadsAI will not substitute another ZIP without the buyer's approval.
Within seven calendar days after delivery, the buyer may report an exact duplicate row, blank or unusable address, clearly non-residential record, or record outside the selected ZIP. Include the order reference, file name, row number, and issue category. Do not include homeowner information or payment-card details. After verification, RoofLeadsAI will replace affected rows when eligible inventory is available. If verified affected rows cannot be replaced, the buyer may request a refund attributable to those rows, including any corresponding tax adjustment processed through Stripe.
This remedy does not apply because a property shows no visible damage, an occupant does not answer or express interest, a conversation or inspection does not occur, a sale is not signed, a row also appears on the buyer's own or another public list, or public-record facts change after delivery. No field outcome, property damage, exclusivity, revenue, or return on investment is guaranteed.

RoofLeadsAI State Storm Alerts SMS Program
RoofLeadsAI State Storm Alerts is a separate paid subscription program operated by Dravara, LLC. Enrollment is available only through a RoofLeadsAI website enrollment or checkout flow when the program is open. Sending a text message to RoofLeadsAI does not create a subscription, complete payment, or enroll a new user.
Before payment, checkout will display the recurring price, billing interval, monitored state or states, delivery preference, and any customer-selected daily message limit. State Storm Alert subscriptions automatically renew at the displayed interval until canceled. A selected daily limit is a maximum, not a promised message volume. Message frequency varies with qualifying storm activity, source updates, selected states, delivery preferences, and the selected daily limit; quiet periods may produce no messages.
Only a paying State Storm Alerts subscriber may activate recurring alert texts. The subscriber must provide a valid mobile number and affirmatively accept the SMS disclosure presented in the dedicated web enrollment flow. The consent control is separate from general website terms and is not selected by default. Consent to State Storm Alert texts is not a condition of purchasing an address pack or any other RoofLeadsAI product.
By affirmatively enrolling, you consent to receive recurring automated informational text messages from RoofLeadsAI at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may impose its own charges or limitations. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping Messages and Canceling Renewal
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop State Storm Alert texts. We suppress further program messages promptly after a recognized opt-out request. A STOP request also sets the associated paid State Storm Alerts subscription to cancel at the end of its current paid billing period so that it will not renew. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation does not create a prorated refund for the current period.
Reply HELP or INFO for program help, or email support@roofleadsai.com. Texting START or another keyword cannot create a new paid subscription or reverse a subscription cancellation. A former subscriber must complete a new website enrollment and payment before alerts can resume. A current paid subscriber who previously opted out may be required to confirm renewed consent through the website.
Alert Scope and Delivery Limits
Alerts summarize available, source-labeled storm information for selected states. Depending on the source, a message may identify an official warning, radar indication, warning-indicated magnitude, or observed report. These labels have different meanings and must not be treated as interchangeable.
State Storm Alerts are not an emergency notification service, a substitute for National Weather Service or local emergency alerts, a property inspection, proof of property damage, or a guarantee that addresses, claims, appointments, sales opportunities, or contractor revenue will be available. Source publication, data processing, network conditions, carrier filtering, outages, and other factors can delay, duplicate, reorder, or prevent delivery. Do not rely on RoofLeadsAI to protect life or property.
Nature of the Platform
RoofLeadsAI provides source-labeled storm intelligence, residential property address candidates, and routing files for contractor canvassing workflows. RoofLeadsAI is the brand name; its current address products are canvassing routes, not consented homeowner leads.
We do not perform:
- Roofing work
- Physical inspections
- Engineering analysis
- Insurance adjusting
Evidence and Outcome Limits
A ZIP check, map view, waitlist submission, or purchase does not create:
- A property inspection or proof of roof damage
- A guarantee of insurance coverage or claim approval
- A guarantee of contractor revenue, appointments, or closed work
- A guarantee that every ZIP or pack size will remain available
Observed reports, radar indications, warnings, and platform rankings have different meanings and are labeled separately where source data supports the distinction.
Paid Pilot and Aggregate Outcome Reporting
Accepted founder-pilot contractors may agree to report aggregate field counts for a paid route, including addresses delivered, doors attempted, conversations, inspections scheduled and completed, and signed jobs. Do not submit homeowner names, contact details, property-level conversation notes, or other household information.
Contractor-reported outcomes are not independently verified unless RoofLeadsAI explicitly identifies them as founder-interview verified. RoofLeadsAI does not promise a close rate, inspection rate, signed job, revenue amount, or return on investment.
No Current Exclusivity Guarantee
RoofLeadsAI does not currently guarantee exclusivity for a delivered address, ZIP, radius, neighborhood, storm, route, or territory. The same property may appear in public records, third-party datasets, independently sourced contractor lists, or another RoofLeadsAI delivery.
Do not purchase a route on the assumption that a property or territory has been reserved. Any future exclusive product must state its exact scope and enforcement terms in checkout before payment.
Contractor Responsibility
Contractors are responsible for lawful outreach, licensing, insurance, permitting, representations, pricing, field verification, and workmanship. Dravara, LLC does not supervise contractor outreach or performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Dravara, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid for services, whichever is greater.
Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
No class actions permitted.
