- Storm-alert states, delivery preference, daily text limit, consent timestamp and disclosure version, and SMS opt-in or opt-out status
- Inbound SMS keywords, message-delivery status, carrier error codes, and related support or cancellation actions
- Aggregate canvassing-route outcomes, including addresses delivered, doors attempted, conversations, inspections scheduled and completed, signed jobs, reporting period, and non-homeowner field notes
How We Use Information
- To validate ZIP, storm-context, and address-pack availability
- To process payment, fulfill purchases, and provide order support
- To deliver requested files and required transaction communications
- To operate and secure the platform
- To deliver paid storm alerts, apply your delivery preferences, process STOP and HELP messages, troubleshoot delivery, and keep billing state consistent with your choices
- To measure paid-route usefulness, improve ranking and delivery, and determine whether contractors make repeat purchases
Current address-pack deliveries do not include buyer contact information or homeowner names, phone numbers, or email addresses by default.
Paid Pilot and Route Outcome Reporting
Paid pilot contractors may agree to report aggregate route outcomes. RoofLeadsAI does not request homeowner names, contact details, property-level conversation notes, or other household information through this workflow. Secure outcome links are tied to a Stripe-confirmed order, expire, and are stored as one-way token hashes.
Aggregate outcome data may be used to evaluate route utility, improve the product, and calculate de-identified funnel totals. RoofLeadsAI will not attribute a contractor's results publicly without separate permission.
State Storm Alert Texts and Consent
Only paying RoofLeadsAI State Storm Alerts subscribers may enroll in recurring alert texts. Enrollment occurs through a RoofLeadsAI website enrollment or checkout flow. We do not enroll new subscribers through an inbound text keyword. Providing a phone number elsewhere on the site, joining a waitlist, requesting support, or purchasing an address pack does not by itself enroll that number in recurring storm-alert texts.
When you affirmatively enroll, we use your mobile number and messaging preferences to send the requested informational storm alerts, administer the paid subscription, honor opt-out and help requests, prevent messages after revocation, investigate delivery problems, and maintain legally or operationally necessary consent records.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Twilio and other communications infrastructure providers may process mobile numbers, message content, consent status, delivery metadata, and inbound keywords solely as service providers acting on our instructions to transmit, secure, troubleshoot, and administer the RoofLeadsAI messaging program. Stripe processes subscription and payment information. These providers may handle information under their own service-provider terms and legal obligations; RoofLeadsAI does not receive full payment-card numbers.
Reply STOP to a RoofLeadsAI State Storm Alert text to stop further program messages and request that the associated subscription not renew after its current paid billing period. Reply HELP or INFO for support information, or email support@roofleadsai.com. Texting a keyword cannot create a new paid subscription.

Geographic Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to users located in the United States.
RoofLeadsAI may process orders, ZIP checks, and support requests nationwide, subject to source-data coverage, address inventory, and operational capacity.
Data Retention
Uncompleted inquiries and waitlist records may be retained for up to 12 months.
Paid-order, fulfillment, support, consent, and compliance records may be retained for up to three years or longer where required by applicable law, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or accounting obligations.
SMS consent evidence and message-delivery records may be retained for up to three years after the last program activity. We may retain an opt-out suppression record longer when reasonably necessary to honor your revocation and prevent future messages.
