Geographic Scope
RoofLeadsAI operates within the United States.
Service availability depends on aerial imagery coverage, data quality, and operational capacity. Dravara, LLC reserves the right to accept, prioritize, delay, or decline submissions at its sole discretion.
Submission of information does not guarantee report generation, review, or contractor referral.
Service Availability
Dravara, LLC may limit service availability based on geographic coverage, imagery recency, operational constraints, or technical limitations.
We are not obligated to provide services in any specific location.
Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance for access to account-scoped lead volume and related platform services.
If cancellation is set to occur at period end, access remains active through the current paid billing period and ends at the billing period end timestamp.
No refund will be provided for accounts that have received leads during the active monthly billing period and then cancel for that month.
Unused monthly included volume does not roll over to future billing periods unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Nature of the Platform
RoofLeadsAI provides informational roof visibility reports and contractor introductions.
We do not perform:
- Roofing work
- Physical inspections
- Engineering analysis
- Insurance adjusting
No Guarantee
Submission does not create:
- A contract
- A guarantee of service
- A guarantee of damage detection
- A guarantee of contractor referral
Dravara, LLC may accept or decline submissions at its discretion.
Contractor Disclaimer
Contractors introduced through RoofLeadsAI are independent third parties.
Dravara, LLC does not supervise, control, or guarantee contractor performance.
All agreements are strictly between homeowner and contractor.
Future Opportunity Routing
For future homeowner-introduction offerings, Dravara, LLC may use time-limited first-right-of-response windows before re-routing an opportunity.
If an opportunity is declined or not accepted within the stated response window, that specific opportunity may be reassigned to another contractor.
Opportunity reassignment applies only to that opportunity event and does not modify separately purchased address-level exclusivity unless explicitly stated in the applicable product terms.
No contractor is guaranteed sole assignment for all future opportunities in a ZIP or radius area unless expressly stated in writing for that specific product.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Dravara, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid for services, whichever is greater.
Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
No class actions permitted.
