Checkout availability and file readiness are separate. The selected ZIP shows its current delivery state before Stripe opens.
When generation is required, the posted delivery target is within 24 hours after purchase. A target is not a guaranteed completion time.
Read the delivery state before paying
Stripe opens only after the ZIP and fixed pack subtotal are validated, but the final file may still require preparation.
Ready inventory
The required address count is already available for post-payment delivery checks and final file preparation.
Generation required
Checkout can reserve the order while remaining qualified rows are prepared. The page displays this state before payment.
Unavailable or under threshold
The ZIP cannot support the selected pack at that time. The buyer should choose another eligible ZIP rather than assume delivery.

Shortfall handling
Final screening can change the usable count. Report a delivery concern with the order reference for manual review under the purchase Terms; no automatic replacement, credit, or refund is promised.

The page will show the selected pack, fixed subtotal, and current fulfillment state before checkout. Stripe shows applicable tax and the final charge.
