Start with the output, evidence, price, and limitations. A canvassing address is not a homeowner lead, and storm exposure is not proof of property damage.
What does RoofLeadsAI provide?
RoofLeadsAI provides source-labeled storm territory information and fixed-count residential canvassing routes for roofing contractors. Target Zones provides year-round residential route planning without requiring a qualifying storm.
Are these homeowner leads?
No. A delivered record is a residential address candidate. Homeowner names, phone numbers, email addresses, verified interest, appointments, and proof of damage are not included.
How much does Storm Scout cost?
Storm Scout contains 50 residential address candidates in one eligible ZIP for a $495 subtotal before applicable tax. Stripe shows the final tax and charge. Review every current pack on the pricing page.
Does storm evidence prove roof damage?
No. Storm evidence describes a territory, source, and time. It is not a property inspection, insurance determination, or proof of damage at a specific address. Contractors remain responsible for field verification.
What source labels can appear?
Evidence can include observed or ground reports, radar-indicated signals, NWS warnings, and platform priority. These labels are not interchangeable. Platform priority orders territories for review and is not damage probability.
What happens when prepared inventory is short?
Review ZIP eligibility, current address inventory and delivery status before payment. Eligible routes may need address preparation after purchase. The posted Storm Strike delivery target is within 24 hours after purchase, not guaranteed instant delivery. A ZIP explicitly marked sold out remains unavailable.
Are routes exclusive?
Current routes are non-exclusive. Other buyers may receive the same addresses. Do not assume that a property or territory has been reserved for your crew.
What files can arrive with Storm Strike?
Delivery can include an Excel workbook, ranked address CSV, Google My Maps CSV, CRM import CSV, route-order CSV, browser route plan, source summary, and order manifest. The exact delivery is described on the product page.
What if the purchased count cannot be delivered?
RoofLeadsAI does not intentionally release a short pack. If final validation cannot meet the purchased count by the posted delivery target, the buyer may choose a revised date, approve another currently eligible ZIP, or request a full refund for the undelivered one-time route. The Terms state the exact scope and exclusions.
