RoofLeadsAI comparison of storm-triggered and selected-ZIP address workflows

Canvassing route availability and delivery

Current RoofLeadsAI routes are screened residential address candidates for field planning. They are not homeowner leads, damage findings, or exclusive territory reservations.

The 50-address Storm Scout pack is $195 before tax. The exact total is shown again before Stripe.

What a route order does and does not reserve

Current route orders do not create an exclusivity right for an address, ZIP, neighborhood, storm, route, or territory.

What is delivered

A fixed-count file of screened residential address candidates, route fields, source-labeled storm context when applicable, and an order manifest.

What is not reserved

No property or geography is currently guaranteed exclusive. Other contractors may work the same area or obtain the same public-record address independently.

What is not established

A route does not establish roof damage, homeowner identity, contact permission, interest, an appointment, or a sales outcome.

What happens after a successful order

  1. The paid order records the selected ZIP, route count, and storm-event context.
  2. Fulfillment screens available residential address candidates against the order criteria.
  3. The delivered address file, route groups, source summary, and manifest remain tied to the order.

If the qualified count is short

Inventory is screened again during fulfillment and may change. RoofLeadsAI does not currently promise an automatic replacement, account credit, or refund for a shortfall.

Email support with the order reference for manual review. Any remedy depends on the order facts, purchase terms, and applicable law.
